CONGRATULATIONS TO SAN DIEGO ... for processing over 1000 title and escrow orders via the RealEC system so far this year. RealEC is a "one-stop" transaction management system that brings lenders and providers together on a single platform. It provides lenders better efficiencies, more effective management, and better customer service by simplifying and accelerating the loan origination process. And through the eSolutions SmartRoute system, we can route e-mails to individual team members instead of all users on the office's RealEC account.

CONGRATULATIONS TO ORANGE COUNTY ... for producing over 1000 title and escrow orders via the Catalyst system so far this year. The Catalyst ordering platform allows mortgage brokers using the Calyx Point loan origination software to send data directly to us without re-keying. Along with the Rate Tables for Point, which lets mortgage brokers import our latest rates for producing Good Faith Estimates (GFEs), the Catalyst program is ideal for improving the Calyx Point workflow for our customers.

ENCOMPASS PROVIDER ACCOUNTS TO BE DE-ACTIVATED - Due to non-activity, our provider accounts for online ordering by Encompass users will be de-activated at the end of this month. Please contact the eSolutions Support Center for more information.

1003 CONNECTOR FOR CATALYST - The 1003 Connector for Catalyst allows lenders to upload 1003 files directly into our Catalyst order form without re-keying their data. 1003 files can be produced by almost every loan origination system and can be uploaded to us here.

SUB-FOLDERS ADDED TO DOCUMENTS FOLDER - The ability to assign your uploaded documents into different sub-folders has been added to the documents folder at the eSolutions website. All employees can now use this feature for uploading documents, storing them into different sub-folders for future access, and assigning download rights to specific users. A class on "How to Use the Documents Folder" is also presented via the weekly webinar schedule.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES SUPPORT PORTAL - This portal includes many great features, such as online customer service, farm, and support request forms, as well as an interactive knowledge base of industry vendors, solutions, and contacts.
