RATE TABLES FOR POINT UPDATED FOR CA CUSTOMERS - Updated Rate Tables for Point and Encompass have been uploaded for CA title customers. Through this feature, Point and Encompass users can download our most recent rate tables into either of these loan origination systems and save themselves valuable time when producing their Good Faith Estimates (GFEs).

WEB GUIDE AND VIDEO DEMO FOR ENCOMPASS PROGRAM - A new web guide and video demo for the Encompass program are now available at the Support Materials page. Learn how mortgage brokers can place title and escrow orders through our provider accounts and how our staff can process these orders through the Encompass Title Center.

Through this feature, Point and Encompass users can download our most recent rate tables into either of these loan origination systems and save themselves valuable time when producing their Good Faith Estimates (GFEs).

DOCUMENT UPLOAD OPTION ADDED TO CATALYST - For customers that place orders through the Catalyst online ordering system, they now have the option of uploading a document to our staff at the same time they place their order. This saves the customer time and sends our staff additional information for starting a new title or escrow order.

NEW TOLL-FREE SUPPORT NUMBER - The eSolutions Support Center now has a new toll-free support number: 1-877-898-3185.

ENCOMPASS PROVIDER ACCOUNT RE-ACTIVATED - Due to customer demand, our provider account for online ordering by Encompass users has been re-activated for San Diego, Inland Empire, and Los Angeles.
