NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES SUPPORT PORTAL - The new web-based customer service and sales support portal has been activated at the eSolutions website. This portal includes many great features, such as:
- online customer service, farm, and support request forms
- instant e-mail notifications to all appropriate parties
- an order tracking feature for customers, reps, and assistants
- a personal documents folder that can be uploaded and e-mailed into
- a knowledge base of industry vendors, solutions, and contacts
- new training videos on the eSolutions products and services
QUICK LINKS TO LEADS SITES DISABLED DUE TO SB 133 - In order to further comply with California Senate Bill SB 133, eSolutions has been instructed to remove links from its website that point to external lead sites (i.e. TitleProfile, GoTitle, etc.). Be assured that your accounts have not been directly affected - only the ability to connect via eSolutions Quick Links. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this change may cause you.
UPDATED ELECTRONIC RATE TABLES FOR POINT USERS - Updated electronic Rate Tables for Point have been uploaded for CA users. Through this feature, Point and Encompass users can download our most recent rate tables and instructions for importing into either of these loan origination systems. Additionally, with nearly 50% of mortgage brokers using Point to manage their transactions, this crucial market can also order online through the Catalyst system available at the eSolutions website. Simple to use and free of charge, Catalyst allows users to order online directly from their Point software without re-keying their order information.
DOCUMENTS FOLDER AND WEBINAR NOW AVAILABLE - All employees now have access to their own password-protected documents folder at the eSolutions website and can use this feature for uploading documents (such as customer service packages, personal marketing materials, transaction files, etc.) and assigning download access to individual customers and other employees. A new class on "How to Use the Documents Folder" has also been added to the weekly webinar schedule.
