The SmartRoute system is designed to provide automated e-mail efficiency to various ordering platforms (such as RealEC and Catalyst) and to our online Customer Service and Support Center requests.

First, we create customer profiles that have employee profiles linked to them via Primary, Secondary, Title Officer, or Escrow Officer designations. This allows all parties to a transaction to be notified when orders are placed.

Second, we add assistant's e-mail addresses to both customer and employee profiles ensuring that personal support staff is also added to any notification e-mails sent by SmartRoute.

Third, for RealEC users, we add the employee's RealEC account number to their profile, as well as the customer's RealEC contact name. This allows SmartRoute to send RealEC e-mail notifications directly to individual employees instead of relying on the default RealEC method which sends e-mails to everyone associated with that office's RealEC account.
