Catalyst - How Employees Can Claim Orders

1. As a Lawyers Title escrow or title officer named in a new order, you'll receive an e-mail similar to this one shown here.

2. To claim the order, simply click the link near the bottom of the email (highlighted in this example).

3. As an alternative method to claim your order, log into eSolutions, copy the URL from your e-mail, and paste it into a web browser address line. Hit enter.

4. The Claim Form opens to reveal details of the order.

5. Be sure to fill in the correct escrow and title order numbers.

6. Click Claim.

7. An e-mail will be sent to all parties to the transaction (including customers, reps, EOs, TOs, assistants, etc.) and the page will refresh to the order details page.

8. Print and enter the order information into the production system and your work with the Catalyst system is complete!
