Encompass - How to Install Rate Tables for Generating Good Faith Estimates

Download and Install Rate Tables

DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL RATE TABLES  

1. Create a new folder at the root of your C: directory called EncompassRates.

2. Create two new folders within EncompassRates called Escrow and Title.

 

3. From the eSolutions Website website, navigate to Data Services, then click Rate Tables for Point.

 

2. Locate the table you want to add to Encompass and click on it.

NOTE: the same tables used in Point can also be used in Encompass.

 

3. Click Save.

 

4. Select the destination folder created in steps 1 and 2.

5. Click Open

 

5. Click Save

 

6. Open Encompass.

7. Click the Settings tab.

 

8. Expand the Import dropdown menu.

9. Select and Click Calyx Point Settings.

 

10. Under the Templates Location, Click Browse....

 

11. Navigate to the location of your saved rate tables.

12. Click OK.

 

13. Confirm file path for "Templates Location."

 

 

14. Check the boxes for Escrow Tables and Title Tables.

15. Click Import.

 

 

 

16. Click OK.

THIS COMPLETES THE RATE TABLE INSTALLATION PROCESS.

You can now use the rate fields located on lines 1101 / 1108 of the Good Faith Estimate.
