FOR CUSTOMERS: How to Place Orders from Encompass |

1. When in an Encompass loan file, click on the Order Title & Closing button located at the bottom left of the screen. |

2. From the Title and Closing screen, select Find Providers and search by "Lawyers Title" and Location. Click on the Go button after search criteria is entered. From the results list, highlight the provider you want to add to your provider list and click on the Add to My List button.

3. The provider will be added to your My Providers list. Click OK. |

| 4. Click on the My Providers list button. Highlight the provider you want to place title and/or closing orders with and click on the Order button. |

5. Check the Order Title box and select the proper Title Agent to be notified. |

6. Select the Product that you would like to order and fill the Need By Date, Estimated Closing Date, and Comments fields, as appropriate, too. You can also attach a document to send to the title staff. |

7. Check the Order Closing/Escrow box and select the proper Closing Agent to be notified. |

8. Select the Product that you would like to order and fill the Estimated Closing Date, Mail Away, and Comments fields, as appropriate, too. You can also attach a document to send to the escrow staff. Send Order when ready. |

| 9. The order information will send directly to the proper agents and you will receive an e-mail notification confirming when the order is Accepted by the vendor. |

1. Assigned agents will receive e-mail notifications alerting them to new orders. Click on the View Order link to access the order details at the Ellie Mae Title Center. NOTE: Do not rely solely upon e-mail notifications for your notifications. Sometimes the e-mail notifications do not route properly so check your task list frequently instead. |

2. You will be prompted to login to your account or create a new account. NOTE: Your account is based upon the e-mail address that received the initial order notification.

3. Click on the proper order to be taken to the order details page.

4. Click on the Print button to print the order details for keying into your title and escrow production system. Click on the Accept/Reject to change the order status and send an e-mail confirmation (with the assigned title or escrow order number) back to the customer. |

5. If requested, send documents directly into the customer's Encompass system by clicking on the Deliver Report button. Be sure to add a Message that will be e-mailed to the customer. NOTE: The document uploaded will not be e-mailed to the customer, but will be sent directly into their Encompass system instead. They will receive the e-mail message you entered though. |
